• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Refunds are issued for the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with theresathreads.com.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
